Condition Monitoring Sensor

Gill Sensors & Controls GScondition monitoring sensor range family reduces unplanned breakdowns in industrial machine applications. Installed in the sump or oil line, the compact, all-in-one sensor retains and measures ferrous debris from gear and bearing degradation and detects water contamination and oil presence. Combining four common failures in one sensor reduces costs, and the continuous monitoring and measuring of oil in the gearbox or transmission provides early indication of potential problems without delays from off-site analysis. Available with 0-10 V, 4-20 mA, and CAN outputs with an alarm option, the sensors suit most data collection devices and will complement existing vibration systems already installed. A metric thread with O-ring seal directly fits into the housing and provides a visual display where desired.
