Electromechanical Joining System

Kistler offers a joining system comprising maXYmos numeric control (NC), the IndraDrive servo amplifier, and NC joining modules monitors and controls. Featuring an intuitive touch screen, the system integrates sequence control and offers flexibility for complex joining processes. MaXYmos NC enables joining systems in gearbox, motor, chassis, or pump installation to be monitored and controlled by evaluating the XY curves of joining and press-fitting operations in combination with NC joining modules and the associated IndraDrive servo amplifier. Each stage can be monitored and operated via SERCOS III in real time for improved repeat accuracy, reducing downtimes, and increasing machine availability. The integrated sequence control prevents external PLC programming; up to 128 programs can be stored. Flexible housing enables integration into existing or newly developed systems.
