Pressure Switch

Gems Sensors & Controls’ Model PS61P OEM subminiature pressure switch offers reliable medium-to-high pressure monitoring within space-constrained applications. The design incorporates a hardened alloy steel piston actuator for expanded overpressure performance. Occupying a 24-mm (0.9-in) diameter hex footprint and measuring less than 2 in (50 mm), the switch is designed to monitor standard pressures from 510 to 4350 psi (35 to 300 bar) and burst pressure of 22,000 psi (1520 bar). The size-to-performance ratio is suitable for higher hydraulic pressure, cyclic pressure, and pressure spike monitoring of forklifts, scissor lifts, off-road and construction vehicles, and agricultural and off-highway equipment, as well as power pack and wind turbine generator applications. The PS61P is configurable off-the-shelf, with seal, fitting, and electrical termination options to meet specific requirements.
