Power Amplifier Module

Mimix Broadband (Houston, TX) offers the XP1044-QL 3W power amplifier module housed in a 7 × 7 mm package. The linear 2-stage amplifier delivers 18.5 dB of gain and 34 dBm of power at 1 dB compression point. The input and output of the device are internally pre-matched. The device is designed for WiMAX applications between 4.9 and 5.9 GHz, and performance can be shifted by adding external matching components for applications between 3.5 and 5.0 GHz.
