Rochester Electronics (Newburyport, MA) has expanded manufacturing and support services of obsolete and active MIL-STD-883 and MIL-PRF-38535 integrated circuits. Through its Extension-of-Life® products, Rochester manufactures National Semiconductor’s 54AC00/QCA (5962-8754901CA), Intel’s 87C51, and Texas Instruments’ UA733M/BIA (8418501IA) to MIL-STD-883 and MILPRF-38535 specifications. In addition, the company has expanded its environmental test lab, which replicates conditions and elements experienced by military and aerospace applications. Rochester Electronics complies with MIL-STD-883 and MIL-PRF-38535 requirements through mechanical and electrical testing, as well as training procedures.
