Power Amplifier
The Model KMS2010 solid-state power amplifier module from AR Modular RF (Bothell, WA) covers the 1.75 to 1.85 GHz frequency range with 150 Watts of power, and is suitable for the wireless broadband network. This 52-dBm linear power amplifier offers a scalable gain of 57 dB and is designed to meet most communication protocols, including various types of OFDM. The module comprises a printed circuit board housed in a machined aluminum enclosure. The amplifier is protected from thermal overload, over-power, over-voltage, or wrong voltage polarity, and includes an internal isolator.
