Proportional Valve Module
WAGO’s (Germantown, WI) updated 750-1632 Proportional Valve Module (PVM) is a compact, high-performance solution that offers improved response time, superior precision, and better diagnosis. V-574 Linear Motor Stage
Physik Instrumente (Auburn, MA) introduced the V-574 linear stage family, a new series of high dynamics nanopositioners with excellent guiding precision, driven by frictionless linear motors. Equipped with high-precision crossed-roller bearings installed in a proprietary process, these stages achieve excellent geometric performance: the 130 mm variant, for example, features 1.2μm straightness and flatness over the full travel range, along with pitch and yaw of only 45 and 40μrad, respectively. The V-574 linear motor stages are offered with 60 mm, 130 mm, and 230 mm travel range.
