Stabilizer Cylinders

RAM mechanical locking stabilizer cylinders assist operators in positioning equipment at a desired location and height faster and more accurately than traditional manual jacking and blocking methods. Integration of RAM stabilizer cylinders into OEM equipment provides improved operator ease, speed and accuracy. The cylinders enable infinite adjustments over a long range, which means operators can more quickly and precisely set equipment in the field before use. The positive locking feature provides greater assurance there will be no creeping from the desired settings. The pre-engineered line of stabilizer cylinders comes in standard and ball end designs. Standard sizes are 4- to 6-in (102- to 152-mm) bore diameter, and 12- to 30-in (305- to 762-mm) stroke length. All standard units are pressure rated to 3000 psi (207 bar) and feature an external adjustable solid or split ring mechanism that locks the stabilizer in position and eliminates the need for manual blocking.
