Magnetic Filtration Solutions

FilterMag International offers the FilterMag product family to prevent erosive contaminants in critical assets for mining, oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing. To remove the small particles that cause wear and fatigue on parts and systems in these industries, FilterMag’s magnetic filtration product family improves the capture rate of harmful particles in the sub-10 µ range. Such particles cause more wear than contaminants over 20 µ. Products use heat-resistant Neodymium alloy magnets to non-invasively extract wear-causing particles from oil and hydraulic fluids without interfering with the flow by focusing a magnetic field inside the filter to remove damaging particles from oil operating at up to 300°F (149°C). Benefits include extended life expectancies of capital equipment, improved system reliability and uptime, and reduced operating costs.
