SATA SSD

The rugged S7 Series 2.5" SATA SSD from Emphase (South Burlington, VT) provides high-speed data transfer with TRIM performance support. The SSD has 8 channels and a SATA (3 Gb/sec.) bus interface. The industrial and military-grade flash storage tool processes at 250 MB/sec. read and 200 MB/sec. write rates.

The S7 Series has been engineered to deliver TransferSAFE, a technology that ensures data transfers under inconsistent power conditions. The products, which utilize single-level cell (SLC) NAND flash memory, have an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. Currently available in 16GB-256GB capacity, the S7 Series SSD handles exposure to high levels of humidity, shock and vibration, or high altitude.
