Serial Flash Products

Integrated Silicon Solution offers full production of automotive-grade serial NOR flash products supporting long-term, reliable operation in harsh environments. Products are available in 8, 16, 32, 64, and 128 Mb densities for mainstream protocols including serial peripheral interface (SPI), dual I/O SPI, and quad I/O SPI with speeds in excess of 133 MHz. Qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, the products support systems requiring both dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) and flash product aid, including advanced driver assistance, camera applications, and radar systems. Temperature range is -40 to +125°C (-40 to +257°F) on static (SRAM) and -40 to +115°C (-40 to +239°F) on DRAM products. Various automotive grade memories are offered in addition to flash and analog products as well as a complete line of asynchronous and synchronous SRAM.
