Compact Controller

MEN Micro offers the flexible G51 3U CompactPCI Serial session border controller (SBC) with a QorIQ processor and eight standard I/O interfaces that can be switched to the backplane without hardware modification. The board improves connectivity and multi-core computing for various communications and processing systems including data acquisition, encryption, and simulation and process control. Soldered components, high shock and vibration tolerance, conformal coating, and a -40 to +85°C (-40 to +185°F) operating temperature range facilitate use in the harsh environments found in railway, automation, avionics, and power and energy applications. The SBC is customized to meet user I/O and application requirements; additional CompactPCI Serial peripheral cards can be added for functionality. G51 offers up to 1.5 GHz processing speed and up to 8 GB system memory.
