Honeywell Acquires TruTrak and Expands General Aviation Avionics Portfolio
TruTrak Flight Systems , an autopilot system developer specializing in experimental and light aircraft, will become part of Honeywell Aerospace ’s BendixKing . The acquisition expands BendixKing’s portfolio of avionic solutions in a rapidly growing market.
As part of the acquisition, BendixKing will continue to drive the successful adoption of TruTrak's autopilots in the experimental and certified aircraft markets, keeping TruTrak's engineers and CEO, Andrew Barker, to maintain the brand’s integrity and the affordability.
