Variable Speed Drive

The Rexroth Sytronix SVP 7010 is a ready-to-install variable-speed pump drive offering high dynamics and control accuracy with reduced energy consumption and lower noise levels for hydraulic systems. Suited for a range of applications, the control can eliminate pressure overshoot and can position linear axes accurately without instability. A servo-drive provides high control accuracy and dynamics, and unique algorithms reduce inherent pressure ripple. Features allow simple startups with minimum tuning parameters. The SVP 7010 also offers pump speed reduction during idle and partial load operation for energy savings up to 80% compared to conventional drive technologies. Interconnecting multiple drives with overlapping machine cycles can further save energy. The drive reduces average noise emissions and covers a performance range up to 120 kW (160 hp).
