Nylon Shapes and Custom Parts

TECAST cast nylon stock shapes and custom parts from Ensinger offer a combination of physical and wear properties, along with inherently lighter weight, to provide users with a cost-effective alternative to metal parts. Cast nylon material in a variety of grades is designed to highlight various aspects and combinations of high-level mechanical properties, as well as superior bearing and wear characteristics. TECAST is lighter and easier to handle than bronze, iron, aluminum, and steel. Applying casting capabilities that are not duplicated by other thermoplastic processors, the company can produce TECAST in rings up to 90-in diameter, rod up to 20-in diameter, and discs in diameters over 40 in.
