Infrared Camera
Telops (Quebec, Canada) has announced the TEL-1000 MW InSb infrared camera. The TEL- 1000 MW InSb covers the 3.6 to 4.9 μm wavelength range, and can be customized to cover an extended range from 1.5 to 5 μm. The device captures up to 200 frames per second at full frame (640 × 512 pixels) and up to 600 frames per second when windowing (320 × 256 pixels) is used. The infrared camera features patent-pending real-time processing and real-time temperature calibration algorithms, providing either raw or thermally calibrated data without the need for external blackbodies. The TEL-1000 MW InSb can also be equipped with Automatic Exposure Control in order to adjust the exposure time according to the scene’s dynamic temperature variations.
