Phase Matrix (San Jose, CA) offers the 20 GHz QuickSynTM microwave synthesizer that covers the 0.5- to 20-GHz frequency range (extendable down to 0.2 GHz) with 0.001-Hz resolution. The product provides major modulation capabilities (AM, FM, phase, and pulse), power leveling and control, frequency and power sweep, list mode, and other functions.
