Hose Assemblies

ContiTech Fluid Technology develops and manufactures high-performance hose assemblies and selective catalytic reduction lines for construction industry applications from fuel supply to exhaust gas management and air-conditioning solutions. The company has developed heavy-duty engine-mounted fuel lines specifically for high-performance engines that meet current and future reduced fuel consumption and emissions standards. The lines are pressure-resistant to 35 bar (508 psi) and withstand operating temperatures up to 180°C (356°F). Hoses are comprised of a temperature-resistant rubber compound and special mesh that can cope with high operating pressures. A stainless-steel braid enables further improvements in heat dissipation. ContiTech uses both elastomers and plastics to create lightweight, flexible fuel solutions with media resistance. Flame-resistant fuel hoses also are approved for railway applications.
