Voice Processor

Fortemedia Inc.’s FM1388 voice processor supports multiple interfaces and enables flexible system integration with voice tracking capability for in-car applications. According to the company, it is the industry’s most advanced and highly integrated voice processor. The new FM1388 mixed signal voice processor features advanced voice signal enhancement capabilities that are tested and specifically developed and applied toward automotive applications since audio ambience is different from the traditional office or conference room. Additionally, the processor incorporates several analog and digital interfaces, making system integration easy for customers, partners, and original design manufacturers. This flexibility allows the FM1388 to act as a stand-alone or a co-processor in a car audio system, claims Fortemedia.
