SDRAM Multi-Chip Modules
Aeroflex Colorado Springs (Colorado Springs, CO) announced the addition of two SDRAM members to its Quantified Commercial off the Shelf (QCOTS) memory family: the 2.5G and 3.0Gbit SDRAM multi-chip-modules (MCM), organized 64M × 40 (UT8SDMQ64M40) and 64M × 48 (UT8SDMQ64M48) respectively. They offer low power consumption at 3.3V and fast access time (133 MHz) with performance guaranteed via a Standard Microcircuit Drawing (SMD). Both products are assured to withstand 100 krad(Si) and are single event latchup immune (SEL) to 111 MeV-cm2/mg. They are offered in a 128-lead flatpack and Q and Q+ qualified.
