Multiplexer Modules

Aeroflex (Plainview, NY) offers HiRel Analog Multiplexer Mod ules for sending multiple signals to subsystems for monitoring. The Mini MUX8520/21/22/23 are rated for 300 krads with LET of 120 MeV/cm2/mg. The new units offer 16-32 channels and feature built-in decoupling caps, current-limiting resistors, and built-in electronic discharge (ESD) protection, with Kelvin measurement option for remote resistive sensors.
