Plasma Polymerization Deposition Systems

The PD Series Plasma Deposition Systems family from Nordson MARCH (Concord, CA) uses plasma polymerization to deposit thin films uniformly during precision manufacturing and assembly processes to change the surface characteristics of a substrate. Plasma deposition can be used for applications in a wide range of industries, including industrial, semiconductor, MEMS, plastics and electronics. Nordson MARCH offers three models to meet a broad spectrum of manufacturing requirements. The PD-1000 and PD-1500 are suitable for batch prototype, pilot, or production processing of substrates.
