Cables for Extreme Environments

Cables from the Lapp Group operate in extreme environments such as high and low temperatures, exposed to aggressive substances and in areas with space and weight issues. Applications include industrial ovens, steel and glass foundries and industrial machinery. These ÖLFLEX HEAT cables maintain their electrical and mechanical properties in extreme heat and cold to ensure uninterrupted power in severe conditions. They are made from durable materials including cross-linked polymers, silicone, fluoropolymers and fiber glass. Cross-linked polymer cables deliver increased thermal resistance, as well as resistance to corrosion, abrasion and a wide range of operating fluids such as solvents and detergents. Silicone cables exhibit hydrolysis and UV resistance. For more information, visit www.lappusa.com .
