Molded Screen Insert Assemblies
Molded screen insert assemblies from Minnesota Rubber and Plastics are custom-designed for off-highway applications to filter out fluid contaminants and reduce product failure. Filter screen assemblies can improve the life of transmission and hydraulic systems by catching and easily removing small fluid contaminants before they are able to build up or cause damage to the system. A range of screen options are available in many materials for difficult filtration applications allowing use with different fluids. Filter assembly orifice sizes range from 0.71 to 1.4 mm. Custom designs are available to filter out contaminants of all kinds, and can be engineered for easy removal and replacement. Minnesota Rubber and Plastics provides material-science capabilities developed specifically for fluid filtration applications, including design, mold, and automated assembly facilities.
