Oil Mist Separator
Hengst Automotive, a systems provider in filtration and fluid management, announced that it will show its entire range of new solutions at the 65th IAA Commercial Vehicles show in September. Blue.tron is an oil mist separator system and is part of the Hengst modular construction system. This system, known as the Blue Engine Care System, is used to actively protect the engine and the environment. Blue.tron is designed to comply with emissions limits set by Euro VI, EPA 2013, and Tier 4 Final specifications. The Blue.tron device achieves efficient cleaning of “blow-by gases,” helping the environment and protecting the engine. The system is also designed to last as long as the engine, and it can be installed obliquely, allowing for a wider scope of installation and usage. Disk separators can be expanded optionally in accordance with individual requests with pressure control, onboard diagnosis, and a non-return valve. These disk separators are also maintenance-free.
