Coaxial Oscillator

Crystek’s CVCO55CXT-6000-6075 coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO) is a coaxial-based voltage controlled oscillator with an internal proprietary frequency doubler. Frequency and technology doubling improve performance levels through lower phase noise and harmonics, while decreasing current consumption. The CRO operates from 6000 to 6075 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V dc and features a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset with good linearity. Pushing and pulling are both minimized to 1.5 MHz/V and 0.5 MHz, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -30 dBc typical. The CRO is offered in a 0.5 x 0.5 in (13 x 13 mm) package and is suitable for digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
