Transceiver

Lemos International (Barrington, RI) offers the SHX1 multi-channel VHF transceiver from Radiometrix with a usable range of over 5km, 500mW RF power and narrowband performance. It is available on 151-154 MHz MURS Band frequencies. The transceiver offers data rates up to 5 kbps for the standard module, provides a high-performance double superhet PLL synthesizer, and incorporates a 1200-baud modem. Operating frequency is any 3-MHz sub-band within 150-174 MHz. It features eight parallel or 255 serial channels, and is suited for remote control, wireless data, and telemetry.
