AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation (Souderton, PA) has introduced the MT06000 multi-tone RF test system for radiated immunity testing. The 80-Mz to 6-GHz system includes all necessary instruments for radiated immunity testing per IEC 61000-4-3 except the amplifiers, antennas, and directional couplers. The system mimics realworld threats with the ability to expose EUTs to more than one frequency at a time. The system is capable of testing up to 10 frequencies simultaneously. The number of tones that can be tested at once is limited only by the signal generator bandwidth (150 MHz) and the size of the amplifier. It is available as a self-contained system, or it can be integrated with amplifiers and accessories into an automated test system.
