Additive-Manufacturing Database

The Senvol Database is a searchable database for industrial 3-D printing machines and materials. Users can search by over 30 fields, including machine build size, material type, and tensile strength. A design engineer with a specific application in mind, for example, could search for nylon materials with a flexural modulus of at least 1800 MPa (261 ksi). An expansive network connected to major industry stakeholders, the database’s available numbers have increased over 50% in one month and currently offer detailed information on over 350 machines and 450 materials. Senvol also is a member of America Makes, a public-private partnership comprised of 100 organizations in the additive-manufacturing industry. The database is available online at http://senvol.com/database/ and is free to access.
