General-Purpose Accelerometer

Meggitt Sensing Systems introduces a line of Endevco general-purpose isotron IEPE accelerometers designed to meet the needs of various test applications. Features include hermetical sealing, transducer data sheet capability, multiple sensitivity options, wide-band frequency response, signal ground isolation, and low noise floor. Models 41A, 42A, and 43A are single-axis accelerometers with 10, 25, 100, 500, and 1000 mV/g sensitivities and amplitude response of +/-5% from 1 to 10000 Hz. Model 45A is a high sensitivity, triaxial accelerometer in a 20-mm (0.8-in) cube with 500 and 1000 mV/g options. All are stud-mounted. Optional accessories include cables, mounting adapters, and signal conditioners. Suitable applications include general vibration testing; NVH and component reliability testing; vibration testing and monitoring of large industrial/manufacturing equipment; turbines; and defense.
