Argus Makes Fleet Protection Cybersecurity Available to Both Automotive and Aircraft Fleets

Vehicle connectivity is beginning to unlock a range of benefits – from airline and rideshare fleet management and predictive maintenance to safety features and occupant convenience. And this unprecedented variety of heterogeneous applications and services growing. According to Tel Aviv-based connected vehicle cyber security provider, Argus Cyber Security Ltd. – by 2025 – all new vehicles will be connected to the Internet, bringing the total number of connected vehicles to hundreds of millions.
While this convergence of new capabilities in modern transport systems is helping manage provider costs, vehicle availability, passenger comfort, it is also making the cyber threat landscape more complex than ever before.
To mitigate this issue, Argus, a global leader in automotive cybersecurity, has upgraded its stand-alone Fleet Protection backend platform and is now providing continuous live monitoring of both automotive and commercial aircraft fleets. Argus Fleet Protection – an automotive and aviation security incident and event management (SIEM) system for automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), fleet managers, and commercial airlines – detects cyber-attacks and enables deep investigation into various cyber threat scenarios for rapid incident response.
