Reference Oscillator
Crystek (Fort Myers, FL) has introduced the RF Pocket Reference Oscillator (RFPRO Series), a frequency control product that integrates a complete True SineWave SAW (surface acoustic wave) oscillator in a rugged SMA housing. Connecting the device’s female SMA side to 3.3 Vdc will output a -135 dBc/Hz phase noise signal at 10 Khz offset. The oscillator offers a frequency stability of ±150 ppm over -20 to 70 °C (operating temperature ranges from -40 to 85 °C). It is available in 500 MHz and 1 GHz output frequencies.
