Martin Gagné has 30 years of experience working with zinc metal products, primarily on zinc coatings, castings, and energy applications and currently serves as the Principal of ZELIXIR Inc. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in applied science from the University of Toronto and master’s degree in engineering from McMaster University. He is an award-winning public speaker, who has more than 60 published papers and one patent. Ryan Winter, Vice President – Engineering Services, Eastern Alloys

Ryan Winter serves as the Vice President of Engineering Services at Eastern Alloys, where he oversees the customer service programs including marketing zinc die casting to end users and technical services such as alloy development and defect analysis. He has more than 20 years of experience in the zinc die casting industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering and an MBA from the University of Utah.
