Since joining VI-grade in 2008 as Sales Director, he has been instrumental in establishing the company as a leader in the real-time simulation and driving simulator market. Guido is dedicated to advancing VI-grade's vision of 'Zero Prototypes', guiding customers towards virtual sign-off and reducing dependence on physical prototypes.
Ben Bryson, President, HBK
Ben Bryson is a distinguished leader in the industrial sector, currently serving as the President of HBK. In this role, he is responsible delivering the business strategy for sustainable growth by Empowering the Innovators for a cleaner, healthier more productive world. His journey with HBK began in January 2020 when he joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over two decades of global leadership experience, Ben has a proven track record of success in various organizations. Prior to his tenure at HBK, he held the position of President for the Eaton Hydraulics EMEA. His earlier career includes a decade of service at Honeywell Aerospace, where he engaged in senior legal and operations roles. HBK is focused on Empowering Innovators, by working closely with customers to identify their needs and providing tailor-made solutions throughout their product design cycle. Jonas Grötzinger, Senior Expert - Vehicle Motion, EDAG Engineering GmbH
Jonas Grötzinger is a senior expert in vehicle motion development at EDAG Group. His journey in the automotive industry began as a research engineer in tire simulation and modeling at Ford. He continued as an application engineer for brake control systems, developing and tuning controllers to increase vehicle stability and limit handling performance. As a team leader he built up the vehicle dynamics development at EDAG Group and as department head he led it into a successful chassis and vehicle dynamics development. Today, as a vehicle motion expert, Jonas Grötzinger combines vehicle dynamics and autonomous drive development for future connected driving functions.
