DC/DC Converter
The Electronics Group of Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Redmond, WA, has announced the Interpoint MPE series of DC/DC converters that accepts a 16 to 50 DVC input and provides single or dual outputs with up to 25 watts of output power. It provides lower output voltages for powering FPGAs, processors, and electronics components.
The converters feature an inhibit function, soft start, and soft recovery. Typical output noise can be as low as 0.3% to 20 MHz bandwidth. Full operating temperature range is -55to 125°C. A hermetically sealed case measures 37.08 x 28.70 x 8.38 mm. Screening levels of standard, /ES, and (after qualification) /883 (referenced to MIL-STD-883 and MIL-PRF-38534) are offered.
