Plasma Cutting
Hypertherm introduces the portable Powermax30 XP plasma cutting system for high-power applications. The Powermax30 XP system is 50% more powerful than its predecessor, but maintains the original’s light weight and small portable package size. Features include a two-in-one design for high-power cutting on thick metal and detailed cutting on thin metal. Recommended cut capacity is 3/8 in (10 mm) with a severance capacity of 5/8 in (16 mm). Powermax30 XP is engineered to deliver increased power and includes a redesigned Duramax torch as well as consumables that last twice as long as those found on the Powermax30 to reduce operating costs. The easy-to-use system features simple controls and is rugged and reliable for performance in harsh, demanding environments.
