Digital Radio Test System
Aeroflex (Minneapolis, MN) offers the 3550 digital radio test system featuring a color touchscreen. Designed for Professional Mobile Radio (PMR), public safety, and other land mobile radio applications, the system isolates problems and assesses performance in AM/FM radios, with options for P25, DMR, NXDN™, and dPMR radio systems. The system features 4.5 hours of continuous operation with its internal battery, and allows users to test all aspects of the radio system, including the transmitter, receiver, cables, and antennas. It meets MIL-PRF-28800A specifications for humidity, shock, and vibration, with an operating range of -0 ºC to +50 ºC. Features include phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz, RF signal generator level accuracy of ±1.5 dB, and -140 dBm spectrum analyzer.
